My Experience With The Ultimate Body Press Wall Mount Pull Up Bar

This is a great mid-range pull-up bar for the price. It’s built sturdy enough for beginners or intermediate users like me. I’m careful not to go too heavy, but I have added a lot of extra weight to the bar.

I have added a 40 lb vest and several bands pulling me towards the ground. My total bodyweight came to about 263 lbs, which is the most weight I’ve tested on this bar.

I took off the foam grips that came with the bar, then I attached fat grips onto the bar for increased difficulty. The bar is slick without the grips and the wall creeks every time I do pull-ups, but it’s not that noticeable.

There are three grip positions; overhand, parallel, and underhand grip positions. You can also attach all sorts of accessories to the pull-up bar to change how the pull-up bar is utilized
