I’ve been saying “The World Is My Gym” for years now. It came to me during a time in my life not long ago when I barely had time to workout. I couldn’t go to the gym, I worked 70 hours a week (mandatory overtime), in a factory, on production lines.
So I build a compact home gym in my house and designed my own time-saving workout programs. I eliminated the excuses and thought of the phrase “The World Is My Gym”. I decided to put the phrase on a t-shirt and workout with it on, NOW YOU CAN TOO!

2. Buy The Equipment You Need
It’s very affordable equipment that you would need anyway, so why not use my link, I’ll receive a small commission for referring you.
