Vitamin d3 and k2 together have shown to reduce COVID 19 mortality. Vitamin d3 and k2 enhance bone density, reduce heart disease, and fight osteoporosis. My Experience

I’ve been taking this supplement and then stopped for a while. I started taking it, again just because I didn’t want to waste it. But you see, I’ve been suffering from tooth sensitivity where my cavity is. Well, it seems after taking it for a few months now consistently, I noticed that my tooth is no longer super sensitive.

It tastes pretty good in juice, tea, or water. And helps me limit my caffeine intake. It really gives me MORE energy than any other multi-vitamin that I’ve tried.

The Science

Most of the studies were done to show no benefits of multivitamins. However, all of the studies were done on synthetics low-quality multivitamins like Centrum Silver. I for one do not trust these supplements anyway.

The Ultimate Fish Oil from Infowars.com changed my life, this product paired along with the Now glucosamine and chondroitin made me feel like I’m in my 20’s again. I may have had an omega 3 deficiency, because of HOW much it helped. My stubborn joint pain melted away, I also focus, and learn easier.

I love turmeric curcumin and will continue to take this supplement even if I stop many of the other supplements. This supplement helped out mostly with joint pain. But turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant that has many benefits. What I noticed is less pain overall. I used to have knee pain, but not anymore.
